- HHHolly HaileMay 11, 20261.0Awful service. Booked my car in for an MOT and it failed the emissions test, needed 2 new tyres and a light bulb change. Protyres advised to go to another garage (they recommended ) to diagnose the emissions problem and bring it back. When I brought it back, protyres said it had failed the MOT again due to emissions and offered no solutions or explanation. When I returned the car to the other garage it passed straight away. Would not recommend this company. Unable to diagnose, poor communication, unorganised and over priced. I paid £200 for 2 tyres and tracking and they wanted the other garage to change the bulb. Unnecessary back and forth leaving me without a car for 4 days. Will not be returning.

I came in early as the traffic was good and they took me in straight away. The mechanic Kevin was a rockstar and talked me through what he's doing and confirmed everything was correct. I was using a Groupon voucher for this which I called Crawley branch about and they told me to go to Caterham as they're the only ones that do it in my area. John at the front desk was helpful once I explained this to him and took the voucher code and let me go. All in all fantastic service!

To help keep us all safe we do ask that while visiting our garage you remember to wear a face covering (unless exempt in line with Government guidelines) when entering our reception areas and when speaking with members of our in other areas of the garage.

If you are unable to come to us, then we can come to you. We offer vehicle collection and delivery service as well as mobile fitting services. Please give your local garage a call to talk about how we can help.
Do I need prepare my vehicle in anyway before bringing it to a garage?
Where our team members will need entry to your vehicle please can you ensure it is clean inside with no items laying where our team may need to be, such as foot wells. This will minimise contact with surfaces, helping keep everyone safe.
